Internally, we follow the Baldrige criteria, we are certified Malcolm Baldrige Examiners and we work with Missouri Quality Examiners to perfect the standard of excellence within ourselves. Externally, we use those same measures to communicate to our clients the objectives and metrics that will help them manage their multilingual communications in a more efficient, cost-effective and knowledgeable manner.

In addition, we also have a separate Health Literacy Division which compliments our expertise in the healthcare communications sector.
